THE BIBLE – From Alef to Tav
The Bible is taught from Alef to Tav incorporating Jewish values and utilizing Torah and Hebrew to imaginatively introduce Bible stories. One Hebrew letter and several hebrew words are introduced per week.
We believe very strongly in the Torah’s injunction to teach your children diligently.
“These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” (Deut. 6:6)
Our Shabbat school classes are meant to lovingly fulfill this important concept.
